Triumph is all set to launch its all-new Bonneville Bobber in India by the end of this month. The bare bone motorcycle is based on company’s ongoing Bonneville T120 and was introduced earlier this year. It is was quite obvious that Triumph will be launching it in India soon and now it has been confirmed by a teaser video seen on the company website. Bookings have already commenced and after paying the full amount, the motorcycle will be delivered in 10 days.

The Bonneville Bobber, though based on T120, is a motorcycle perfect epitome of its segment with the crude cosmetics and all the modern electronics goodies to compete with the rivals. The low slung design and the single seat looks appealing and attracts a rider wishing to prowl over the city despotically. Other elements that make it an alluring package are the chunky wheels, long travel front suspension, prominent twin-exhaust, bar-end mirrors, longer wheelbase and majority of part being shrouded in chrome accenrts.

Below the tank, resides a 1200cc parallel-twin engine capable to produce 77 PS at 6100 RPM and 106 Nm of torque which comes at 4000 RPM. The torque has been majorly distributed at low-end which makes the delivery smooth and calls for a comfortable and low-stress riding. As for the braking, the front tyres holds a 310mm disc with Nissin twin-piston calliper and a 255mm disc with Nissin single piston calliper at the rear. At the safety front, ABS comes as standard.

Apparently, the Triumph Bonneville Bobber makes for perfect option over its rival Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber with the synergy of classic and modern DNA.
